- Climate: Greater Kruger experiences hot summers (November–March) with seasonal rainfall and mild, dry winters (May–August). The higher elevation of the Soutpansberg Mountains brings slightly cooler temperatures, particularly during early mornings and evenings, so layered clothing is recommended.
